The host was very kind and she was ready to take a late arrival with no complaints. The location was great, a few min walk from many restaurants. There was enough options for parking the car too. The room was spacious enough and we also had a balcony. So really, there was nothing missing for us.

Very nice family hotel. When you enter it is like a hidden oasis. Very well maintained and you pretty much pay for what you get. Friendly staff asked them for a hairdryer and they gave us immediately for the entire stay. Breakfast was diverse and you can choose from freshly made things. Swimming pool area is great with bungee for the kids and tennis table.

We like the setting of this hotel, the way the houses are surrounding the pool and overlook a green area around. It´s an ok distance to both Sinemorets beaches. The pool is an amazing place to relax at. The rooms and bathroom are very nice.

Great location, away from the street crowds, no noise from cars, bars or people. We loved our ground floor apartment as we could sit outside on grass and walk easily to the pool. Well equipped inside and very spacious and cool. Everything worked and was very clean, even the towels were changed daily. The pool was superb, spotlessly clean and maintained, a real treat. All the staff were friendly and amenable. Also the price was within our reach and great value for money. All in all we loved it.
Victoria Sinemorets is set just 50 metres from the forest in the Silistar Nature Reserve and 600 metres from the Veleka Beach, offering free WiFi, a garden with seating area and a snack bar.

Very peaceful and quiet, looking on to a forest. The building kept cool during the day. So we didn't need AC all the time. The owner was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Sinemorets is secluded from the huge beach complexes and hotels at most Bulgarian beaches. It is a small community & they cater to tourists. We have been staying there at the hotel for 5 years now and have never been disappointed.

A great, small resort, fairly rural and with minimum commercial disturbance (at present). Two good sandy beaches-Veleka Beach being the most natural and interesting of the two with its sand spit and the River Veleka at one side; several wooden beach bars and a yoga club plus natural water sports eg. kayaking/windsurfing available. Butamyata is much smaller and crowded due to easier access from street. This beach is TOO busy in summer and spoilt by jet skis etc. In desperate need of cleaning and more bins. The town offers a wide choice of snacks/fast-food/bakeries/fruit shops and an excellent supermarket. Also there are many fish restaurants which vary in quality. Not much choice for vegetarians/vegans though. The town would improve if the mayor removed the wild horses which roam around un-tethered and pull rubbish from bins-not a good advert. Generally-great small Bulgarian resort, family friendly, safe and interesting. Recommended.

Great place although has been consistently growing for a while and might soon get overcrowded. However, it can still handle the amount of tourists for now so its definitely worth checking out.
Amazing selection of restaurants, my favorite was The Blue Shark/Синята Акула.

Lovely small village with some beautiful beaches and snorkelling locations nearby. Also excellent walks along the coast and through the woodlands. Reasonable small supermarket in the village for supplies and easy drive to Akhtopol for more choice of shopping options. Only downsides are many mosquitoes in the woods at certain times of day (repellent essential) and restrictions on some of the inland tracks for walking/cycling due to Border Force checks (especially evening/after dark).

Sinemorets located on the edge of the Strandzha park.
Sinemorets located on the edge of the Strandzha park. A lot of green. There are four beaches at your disposal - Veleka, Butamia beaches can be reached on foot.
Lipitie beach can also be reached on foot within half an hour.
Silistar beach within a few kilometers. I recommend it especially for children due to the gentle entry into the water.

So for us bus travelers, the bus stand is only open in the morning as there are no afternoon buses leaving Sinemoretz. I came early two days before my departure and the kindest lady helped me get the future ticket for a mere 4 leva back to Tsarevo. I came early since my hotel departure time was 11:00am and my bus was not until 12:30pm. The waiting 11:15a,m bus was standing and they let me jump on the earlier bus back to Tsarevo.
I found the Woods' Foods a nice grocery nearby, as I was solo and didn't go to restaurants along, Next door was a cool, Djuner stand that for 9 Leva prepared a massive djuner. I opted for the home made red spices mix to the meat and it was, pretty luti.
Really high standard place (compared to other options around). Welcoming owners, nice gardens, pristine clean rooms, high-level furniture, amazing decorations. You can immediately recognize the huge effort put into this place, the love and the special touch (like soft blankets left at the porch). We really enjoyed our stay, it should serve as an example for the Bulgarian property owners.
Perfect location in Sinemorets, close to the beaches, close to the city center. You can walk everywhere by foot. The hotel and the rooms are very nice, also the pool is great. I didn't try the breakfast so I cannot really tell you how it is. Everything is pretty clean and quiet. Sinemorets is a fantastic place in Bulgaria and the hotel is perfect for a couple of nights.
We stayed there before hiking the Sinemorets to Silistar rock and cliff hike in late March. Make sure to take lots of water (no shade - tough even in April) with you if you attempt this picturesque path - it was stunning. Great views during the hike - the beaches can use a little cleaning. There is a kids park near the BnB and a small food store past that.
Big variety of food and never ending, entertainment staff full of enthusiasm, the bar staff constantly serving and full of conversation and generally the best place we have stayed in 11 years of living in Bulgaria, very very impressed and had a fantastic time, Thankyou to all staff, you made our stay fantastic
Great value for money guest house. Host was helpful when needed. Big room with terrace and big bathroom. The village is small so pretty much close to everything. Nice small TV with normal channels, not like other hotels that have TV but just 3-4 channels that nobody would watch.
Great for families - there's a playground, a pool and a small football field. Walking distance from the beach and the village center. Good breakfast, friendly staff, free parking outside of the hotel. Spacious room, ground floor for families with a pram.
Probably the best place to stay in sinemorets. Spacious rooms, very clean, amazing staff and huge parking. Everything is new and nice, and they clean the room every day. Right next to bars and restaurants and a public EV charger right next door.
It was a very friendly and safe place for kids. The pool is superb. The nature is still preserved around the hotel and if you like the nature this is your place. Great for biking and sport activities as well.
Me and my family had a great time there. Very good location, close to the beach. The staff was very helpful and nice. There’s a nice restaurant at the hotel. Would stay there again. Thank you.
The hotel is dog friendly and the value is really great. The staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The location is also wonderful. Would recommend it to people with dogs.
The room itself was clean, beds comfortable. There was enough space and place where to dry the towels.
Small town without big
hotels and resorts so far.
Excellent place to stay, very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great as it's close to everything in Sinemorets.
