The view is lovely from the room and a quiet setting. If they fixed lots of small niggles they could have something special. Sadly generic replies from Management to many past reviews which was again true in our visit, some comments to help: Must wear a hat in the pool - not clearly signed. No swimming hats available in the shop. Shouted at by a life guard after he had not moved from his iphone for an hour. No cocktails from the lobby bar, we tried to order 3 types. Lunch Food was really poor quality and expensive, I received wrong order. Check In at reception said breakfast until 10.30 but we arrived at 10am and food being cleared away. Staff mostly hostile or not engaging, I asked if they had black English Breakfast tea and they pointed rudely at Earl Grey. Pool area quite dirty with plaster, litter no one cleans it up, even after rain no one cleans the tables or corrects fallen down sun umbrella. I feel more signs would help guests, to tea of coffee facility in the room. No towel for the sun beds or pool area. You have to pay for the outside pool which was not given in the listing and the other activity centre is closed if you want bowling on a Monday. The dinner salad & cakes were excellent but the mains were school dinners all very dry and only plain rice or boiled potato such a shame.PhillipUnited Kingdom
