4 stars is 4 stars. Personnel was ok, i don't really had too much interaction with them. The food was exceptionally good and wide offer. A lot of people complain that in allinclusive hotel they put up som kilos on them... It wasn't the case at all, i was able to eat absolutely healthy and still delicious.

The location is amazing. Sea is few steps from the hotel( there is very small unofficial beach right in front of the hotel (you would need to step over the rocks) or the official beach just few hundred meters of nice walk from the hotel). There is old town Nessebar 10 minute walk. Buses to different locations nearby. You can take a boat to Sunny beach or walk there. The cleaning stuff was AMAZING. I would like to praise Tanya that cleaned my room. Also cooks and waiters were doing great job! The hotel has many nice spots to relax at. The hotel itself is very nicely kept. Definitely great value for money. Food is fresh and you always have fresh vegetables and fruits. No kids nor stag parties, mostly couples or small group of friends, so you can relax.

The staff was lovely and welcoming and accommodated our more peculiar situation - one of us had a travel delay and so arrived much, much later than the rest of us. They did show concern and a "motherly" care for us and our friend, so that was welcoming - yet not at all surprising for Bulgaria. We did feel welcomed as if we were their children. The ladies running the place do seem like they're doing their absolute best, but it's clear that they may need a bit of extra help to stay on top on some things.
The hotel is a charming little gem, with a beautiful garden. The room was small, but clean and cozy, and there was plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable, with good pillows - unfortunately, we did not get the bed choice we wanted.
The hotel is located at the far end of the Old Town, meaning that the noisiest "locals" were the seagulls. :) Be advised, we don't recommend taking the old town route to go to the hotel, as access can only be done on foot, and the streets are cobblestone. Instead, take the paved road located due North, going around the Old Town. You can either go on foot or by car on that road.
Housed in characteristic building of the Bulgarian Revival Period in the picturesque ancient town of Nessebar, this hotel offers a relaxed and cosy atmosphere
Enjoy great panoramic views over the who...

A special place in Bulgaria where you may not feel like you are in Bulgaria. A very beautiful and unique village - it is worth staying longer, not just coming for half a day. I especially recommend doing it in the off-season - October or May.

Nessebar is a lovely place to visitwith lots of good restaurants on offer .Quieter than Sunny beach but it is only a short bus ride or walk along the beach if you want to experience it .lots of little cobbled streets to explore, nice sandy beach in new nessebar and little pebble beaches in old nessebar very child friendly for families and great for older travellers as well .we have visited at all times of year and enjoyed every visit .bus service is frequent although busy in peak season,we have stayed all inclusive and also in guest rooms both have been good value for money.Aqua marine restaurant is great for good or just a drink ,but really there are too many to mention ,we have come to know bar owners and cake shop lady over the years and always go back to see them.Michael's Eco Bar is a hidden gem (how long have I got ?!)

This part of the Black Sea is much better than the Sunny Beach. Not so crowded, you can have your holiday in calmness. The old town is beautiful (but a bit expensive to eat there according to the Bulgarian average prices).

Nesebar is a very picturesque old town with many old Churches and buildings which is why it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lots of places to eat with great views. Very touristy and crowded in August when we went although hardly anyone there in the morning. Don’t take a car in if you don’t have to. Car parking is very reasonable but you might not get a space.
The room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable, there is a sauna and a turkish bath to be booked daily. We had breakfast and dinner included and the quality of both was good, especially the fish for dinner: fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly, the hotel has free parking at a few hundred meters away, so better to ask at reception upon arrival. Position is very central. This was the first stop of our trip in Bulgaria and it exceeded the expectations.
The hotel was pretty nice and we would like to come back there when visiting Nessebar. The room was good, clean and quiet, with a partial sea view oriented to the old town. The breakfast was good and varied and you have all inclusive option, but we didn't need it this time.
We got a parking spot for the motorcycle in the hotel garage and it was great.
Great and friendly staff.
Loved how close it was to the beach. Staff working in the hotel and restaurant and bar are incredibly nice and polite. Can pay everywhere with a card. Great facilities minus pool is too small, but the sea is right there. It is easy to go out for a walk and go around the city. It is all very pretty, cozy, and clean. Old Town is only 15 min walk from the hotel.
Great location (10 min walk to the beach and 18 min walk to Old Town).
Chris is an excellent host, full of energy and ready to help.
Room was big enough for 3 persons, we also had a small nice balcony.
Car was parked at the property (fee).
Breakfast was good.
Room full of light.
I would recommend it to people whi see nesebar for the first time.
The apartment had everything you needed and more. Thoughtful touches made it a wonderful stay. Clean and newly renovated and a short distance to the old town. The owners helped with any questions I had which made our stay more relaxed as first time in Bulgaria. It was a pleasure to stay here.
such good value I extended for four more days and will probably extend that as well. Owner is very nice and the view from the deck excellent. Easy walk to Old Town but the restaurants and pubs here have a cool, bit friendlier friendly feel. Highly recommend!
Fantastic location, exclusive food, wonderful sandy beach, cozy room and elevators to the restorant and beach, friendly professional staffs and amasing old Nesebar island-city just 10 minutes walk along the sea side park will for shure make your stay at
The location is verry good. Central, near the old town, near the beach, far enough from the noisy new town( hotels)
The apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room was comfortable, a generous space.
Verry good to spend vacation with my 2 adults boys.
The location was rather nice - right next to the north beach and at a walking distance (15min walk on a seaside alley) to Old town Nesebar.
The pool was OK (when not too crowded).
The lobby bar (in the neighboring Aparthotel) is also acceptable.
Very good place to stay!
The staff was great - helpful and kind. They paid for our parking for the whole stay.
The rooms are quite clean with the most comfortable mattresses.
The location is central - in the Old Town.
Definitely recommend!
I liked the location in old Nesebar. It is 3 - 5 minutes from the beach, from some amazing cute restorants and adorable cafes. The staff is polite and very nice. The apartment was clean and cozy. Would come again with my family for sure.
That its close to the sea and the center of the city, also not so far away from the old town. The room was cozy and also there was a hair dryer and an iron - simething I really liked because every hotel room needs them.
Great location, within walking distance of the Old Town of Nesebar, wonderful view, towards the Sunny Beach, very nice and clean hotel, excellent breakfast, very nice staff, a pleace where I will return.
the place is close to the old town and the beach, owner is super nice and helpful, room is comfortable and very clean. one of the best hotels I have stayed in this long trip.
wonderful experience.
Large open terrace. Nice sandy beach. We selected this place to relax during our Bulgaria tour. It is close to Nessebar old town that can be reached on foot along the sandy beach coast.
Very good value for money overall - friendly staff, nice and comfy room/beds, good breakfast, parking very close by and walking distance to Nessebar old town
