I've had the pleasure of writing reviews for La Fête au Palais before, and I am always happy to do so, because I keep going back to stay - which is probably the best way to praise this wonderful place. The owners are very charming and helpful, and the food, if you use the restaurant, always good. Breakfast is excellent, and if you are keen to try Belgian beers, then this is the hotel for you - a very wide choice indeed.

A tucked away little gem in a popular village. Quite relaxing and peaceful. The village is interesting with a small grotto attached to the church and tourist information centre. Breakfast was quite filling. Not your traditional English but local products. Nothing was a bother for the staff. Crupet is a peaceful rural village not far off the main highway. it is like another world of tranquility. On the down side there would appear to be several places to eat within the village but on the evening we stayed there (A Wednesday in July 2019) two were closed and the other one was booked up so we had to travel 9 Kilometres to find somewhere to eat. The owners left the remains of the mill intact and placed large windows of glass around it which makes for an interesting lobby/reception area. Our room was large with several smaller windows making it very cosy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Large comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was impeccable. Everyone we had dealings with was very very helpful. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is to be relished and not rushed, the superb local meats and cheeses were excellent as were the local conserves and honey.
