Links Lodge is situated at The Dunes Golf Links, one of Australia's top public golf courses. The lodging is located on the Mornington Peninsula, where several high quality public golf courses are located. I started playing golf at The Dunes in 2007 on my first trip to Australia and have regularly played there on many trips. The stylish rooms offer good space and have modern shower and plumbing fixtures. The nearby clubhouse offers a menu with good breakfast and lunch.
Golf tee times can be reserved, unless the stay is booked at times when course is closed to public play, such as when large multiday tournaments are held. I've found it possible on most trips to the area to get tee times at The Dunes. I usually stay at a small cottage nearby but this time it was unavailable part of my stay. I would consider the Links Lodge at The Dunes for another stay on future visits.
There are in room safes offer an extra layer of security for those concerned about safeguarding travel documents.
The lodging is fairly new and opened in the last few years. It is separated from the main clubhouse by a short distance and each unit has parking which is separate from common parking areas. My room was a two minute walk to the restaurant and clubhouse.

The property reminded us of our younger days. We actually lived in similar homes when we were younger.. 1960’s. Close to all amenities whether you drive or walk.

Although initially disappointed with our caravan park as it had no ocean view I was later happy with location. It was short walk to foreshore and shops. Easy access to road leading to Sorrento.
Rye unfortunately does not have access to jetty as it is still under reconstruction.
Playground etc for kids, nice beach.
Heaps cafes of all nationality on highway opposite beach.
Driving from Sorrento where the ferry comes in along the coast was scenic.

There were many beaches to choose from for a quiet dip in the ocean. Not may dog friendly beaches and definitely not enough dog poop disposal bins. Rye is lovely for families, campers and younger people. My mother in law struggled with all the walking. Loved the hidden treasures and nature reserves.

Loved being close to the beach and also other sites within the peninsula. We went to the hot springs (great to go for the twilight session) and did a walk to Bushrangers Bay in Cape Shank. There are good places to eat in Rye and also close by.

Just Beautiful. Very Spacious and Well Appointed.
Just Beautiful. Very Spacious and Well Appointed. Better than we expected! Fabulous View! So very Happy with everything 🙂. Great access to Beach, Supermarket, Cafes & Restaraunts. Will be back 100%.
Excellent accommodation. Super comfortable and spacious room, came with an added sitting room as well. Very clean and neat. Located on a quiet street , yet within easy walk to the beach, the Rye pier and the shops. Great base to explore the peninsula. The breakfast was superb - best in Rye - the scrambled eggs were like pillows of clouds perfectly lightl seasoned with a touch of chives, with perfectly cooked mushrooms and tomatoes which enhanced their natural sweetness.
I liked that it was a little bit away from Rye's main area because I've stayed there before, and it was noisy as all get-out. I also liked that the host was really attentive and polite. The beach is close by, and I like how many amenities and cookware were available in this rental. The bed was also incredibly comfy, which was a major benefit. We appreciate the gracious host's hospitality, and we look forwards to returning soon!
Location was fabulous for walking access to Rye front beach, shops and restaurants. A short drive to Sorrento. The toilet and shower block was central and close, and beautifully renovated in modern styling. Kids being able to scoot around on site, and the space to have pets and park your car near the front door was fabulous. The decorations and kitchen equipment was perfect for our short stay.
had everything we needed to make a simple breakfast to cooking tea , we really appreciated having everything there like a fry pan and salt and pepper and all utensils,
the guest laundry was so helpful to have there,
we loved our stay and will definitely book again I’m the future, and it’s so close to everything you need in rye
Location in the middle between rye and sorrento, 7 to 8 minutes by car you can get to the centre of sorrento, hot springs 10 minutes away by car.
Bus station is about 20 minutes walk.
Calm area.
Fully furnished kitchen, and pretty much the all studio has everything you need.
The position of the apartment was excellent. The glass sliding doors gave a very pleasing view of the bay. There were plenty of dining options within a very gentle stroll.
Rye is an excellent getaway venue and Aquabelle was a very comfortable place from which to enjoy it!
The room was nicely decorated for a hotel room, with a beachy theme; the bed was comfortable and the room had what we needed for an overnight stay. Across the road from the beach. The staff member we met was friendly and the room was very clean.
Homely cosy lil cottage with sufficient amenities. The dryer, the fridge and stove were super useful. There was a good guidebook introducing us to the area and the food places which we appreciate. We also love the boardgames and deck of cards.
The house is so cute and lovely! And the staff is so kind, give me a lot of information of the ferry and the hot spring! Also helping me carry the luggage since there is no elevator. And the breakfast is really delicious 😍
large backyard, very comfortable house, has everything you need and more (it even has beach umbrella, chairs, bikes in shed for free use), great communication when questions were asked. Would definitely come back again!!
The kitchen amenities were fantastic,.
We liked that the kids could have their own space upstairs.
Was a bonus having a dryer in the laundry, it really was a home away.from home. We will definitely stay again!
Thankyou
Polite staff, clean room. It was our first time in a caravan. it was self-contained and adequate. Nothing fancy, but just as expected. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the main strip of Rye.
Both the hotel and service was amazing. All the staff went above and beyond. Very clean and great value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!!!
The house was in a quiet location. It had all the amenities we needed. The host John was constantly in touch and very flexible with check in and check out times.
Only about 1km to Rye pier, playground and beach, the house is in a quiet court with large outdoor decked area. Great for families to enjoy a beach holiday.
