The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and had a great view. Beds were comfortable, washer/dryer was a bonus and worked well. It was nice to have Netflix on the TV. Kitchen was very nice and super clean.

I had two stays at this hotel, before and after a tour of the island. So, some of this is similar to my other review. Reservation and desk staff are helpful. The hotel location is good, "next door" to Woolworth's grocery and a short walk to the waterfront for restaurants.

Housed in a building built in 1846, the Customs House Hotel is located in front of the Derwent River and home to one of Hobart's oldest pubs.

All of our stay. Room, staff, restaurant, breakfast all very good. We did get a parking ticket and believe the Hotel paid such fine. Thank you.

My last stay in as below average, this time , 10/10 for service and the restaurant has finally picked up their game and chips are not an optional extra , included with the meal , very happy to see !
