Mildura is a large regional city with lots of features right on the River Murray.
Plenty of good 'watering holes' and an assortment of great eateries/restaurants.
Lots to see and do. Really well worth a visit!

What I liked most was the experience of a holiday and proximity. The service and facilities are clean and tidy. Location is fantastic with shopping close. What was difficult was there was no drainage for the bathroom and unheated pool. Though the jumping pillow was a complete success!!! Next time I will try to get a disabled cabin as it was a bit difficult to negotiate, however if my daughter and I are welcome we will definitely come back.

Mildura for a small town is quite spread out which surprised me.
For those who are older or have mobility problems, the waterfront area may be a difficult walk either over a bridge with steps or a longer route around. It is worth it though a nice area.
A lot of the attractions in and around Mildura are dated and in need of some love but they are fun non the less.
We would recommend Old Wentworth Goal, Mildura Paddle Steamers, Garden of Hope (for kids), Woodsies Gem Store, Mildura Brewery Pub.
For those with Kids a great pub to eat at is The Gateway that has an indoor playzone.

Plenty to see and do in Mildura.
Plenty to see and do in Mildura. The NRMA caravan park was so fun, so we spent plenty of time there. The river is great. The free water play park in town is great for young kids. Bobby & me cafe is excellent (food & location). Woodsie's Gem Shop was quite cool.
It is a great place to visit, very comfortable if accommodation has air-conditioning and pool.

Could easily live here, so much to see & do, albeit speed limit on some very wide roads with huge median strips needs to be increased, quite frustrating, but once you get to where your going there’s plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sites.

No tv in main bedroom, we are husband and wife and like most married couples our age we don’t sleep in the same room, so just a bit tuff for husband who had to sleep in a single bed that the mattress was very hard
The Central Motel is in an excellent location, being close to the Mildura CBD and opposite the Mildura RSL, which provides great amenity. Its great value with spacious, quiet practical rooms and undercover parking. Comfortable beds and up to date AIRCON and TVs adds to its attraction. Whilst in Mildura, we have always stayed here!
We booked last minute and it was myself , my daughter , mum & sister we were outstanding with the service , the room & staff were truly amazing we defiantly will be referring you onto others and , due to my brother living in Mildura we definitely will be staying with you again , Thankyou again .
Loved how the apartments opened up to accommodate my family. Exceptionally close to where I needed to be. Only downside was the lounge in the main living area was too low other than that it’s a perfect place to stay and I will be using Indulge apartments every time I am in Mildura love love love
The apartment we stayed in was a good size, clean and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is a short walk into the Mildura CBD and the riverfront, and there are some nice places to eat within walking distance. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and welcoming.
Located a bit out of the centre of Mildura. Easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was not ready but got swapped to another room of a similar standard I guess. Had an onsite restaurant I did not use but could have been useful for travellers.
Staff were fantastic. Pool area was great and it close to the centre of town.
We had our family over for a BBQ and a swim and the staff were more than helpful.
