The room with ensuite was large and well equipped, with its own entrance. It is under the main house, on the side of a hill, and there is a great view of the garden and pool and the sea is visible. It is close to public transport and the Westfield shopping centre. Good quality coffee, bread & butter and toppings, fruit, milk were all provided for breakfast. We were disappointed that the weather was so hot that we didn't venture into the good sized pool but there was an overhead fan as well as airconditioning - and a comfortable bed. A good way to do Adelaide festival and WOMADelaide, even if it was a bit of a drive/train or tram.
