The swimming pool and all features related to that were not functional which is mind boggling for shangrila’s standards and they did not even attempt to do anything to take care of the matter did so after we checked out and whats the point of staying in a place like that in a hot day in Sydney.

We are very difficult to please but we rate Meriton Suites 10/10 and would give them 11 if possible from the lovely staff on check in and check out. The suite was large central not far to the train or Darling Harbour quiet superbly clean and everything you could think of.We had been staying at the Hilton Sydney but this was far superior. The lifts are amazing no standing wondering which one to take. Very modern.
