Check-in process was very convenient, with a late check in accommodated for us. Allyson was very accommodating in being able to explain how to unlock and talk us through check-in over the phone, her service to us was exceptional. The coffee machine with pods included was a nice bonus to have, as were the complimentary tea and biscuits and nice single use bathroom/shower products.

Beautiful gardens, staff very welcoming and friendly. There was a market on & wedding and we barely noticed as we were allocated a room away from them. Such a gorgeous relaxing place to stay.
Kush was nice and the room size was good. However it smelled horrible due to water damage somewhere. The bathroom floor was always wet.
Larger sign at the entrance would help too, we almost missed it.
