チェックインをスムーズに行えなかった。また、洗濯機有りの部屋を予約していたにもかかわらず、洗濯機無しの部屋に宿泊させられた。その部屋には大量の蟻が出たため、洗濯機有りの部屋に変更して貰ったが、変更後の部屋はダイニングとバスルームの電球が切れており、メンテナンスが行き届いていなかった。総じてスタッフの対応がおざなりだった。次回利用するかは微妙だ。
