I was given a lovely room on the 7th floor, with a view of Brisbane CBD in the distance, as well as being able to watch a lot of the planes. Mike was very accommodating, from swapping out a faulty remote for the fan to letting us know he was available if anything went wrong with our stay. It was comfortable, clean, and cosy.
