Everything was very clean, really trendy and spacious. We were a family of four and we were very comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and the design of the bathroom. The closet where you can get an extra shampoo etc was really nice because with four a small bottle of shampoo goes quick.

The room is the cleanest and perfectly equipped. Armend, the owner , gave us a warm welcoming tour and the best advices for our staying. The breakfast was delicious and with original presentation. Breakfast was beautifully presented in picnic hamper and delivered by Francoise, our gracious host, either to our room or set up in the garden, depending on the weather. It contained yoghurt, granola and stewed apple together with a warm scone and jams.

With ocean views from every room, the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a Colonial-style home built in 1832. One of the best B & B's we stopped in on our New England adventure. Our room the Focsle although compact was comfortable, clean and had a view of the beach and seafront. The breakfasts were excellent with a different menu each morning cooked freshly to order. Both Mark and Tracy are great hosts and include many extras which makes a stay here exceptional. They are easy to get on with and have a good knowledge of the area, where to go and what to see. There are good fish restaurants within easy walking distance and more a short car journey away. It's rare to find a property of this high standard in such a peaceful location so my advice is go here and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
