The room was cosy and had a complimentary bottle of water, which was nice.

Penny and Lain were incredibly kind hosts! They were always warm and friendly. The property itself was most elegant and felt like a cottage out of a story book! Complete with seaviews, Victorian bathtubs and all the trimmings. The bed was amongst the coziest I've ever slept in and the room was equipped with a heater which worked perfectly on the beautiful, rainy days we experienced. We were at walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. Ubers were readily available too. A continental breakfast was on offer every morning with coffee & a plethora of wonderful teas! This, without doubt, should be your B&B of choice in Tauranga! Thanks so much, Penny & Lain.

The facilities are immaculate, the room very comfortable—quality bedding and furniture. Black out curtains. Smart TV with Netflix. Delicious breakfast. Jen was so kind throughout our stay. This was our favorite place to stay during our NZ trip.
