The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

I felt like I was at home with the level of attentiveness from the host . I was unwell and Sanu went over and above to keep me comfortable, she was absolutely incredible. A lovely breakfast . The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

I was initially skeptical of the all 10 star reviews on here but man they surpassed all my expectations when I got there. Rooms are big and clean, I checked in quite late at night and the manager Dumee was there to help. The food was AMAZING, and catered very well to my vegan requests. Dumee took me around Rekawa beach and showed me the untouched beaches and the marsh land for birdwatching. The property is abundant with greenery and sitting outside on the balcony at breakfast with the sound of the birds and the rain was pure bliss. If I ever find myself in that area, this is the only place I will stay. Dumee is super experienced in hospitality and the service during my stay showed a lot. Thanks for everything!

Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. It was a very peaceful location with a lot of wildlife everywhere. The host was extremely helpful in suggesting places to try and helping me get to my next destination as well.

The owner was very kind, he even took us nearby with his car to watch some crocodiles. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. He arranged a morning safari for us, with a good driver who explained a lot of things about the animals.

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. Absolutely fabulous place very rustic,as I remember Sri Lanka would I stay here again 💋 definitely!!
