They were SO KIND and even helped me receive a package at their house that I needed whilst travelling. They also arranged a taxi for us to the airport, and a boat to take us for the morning around the backwaters. The room was very clean and comfortable with great AC. The location was perfect for us - within 10 minutes walk there was the bus station, restaurants, the boat jetty, and temples. We explored the beach one evening and realised that’s where most of the foreign travellers are… made us even more glad about our choice! Wifi worked well for streaming movies, but we didn’t try working remotely. Communication in English was fine too I would 100% stay here again. Great value and overall experience.

I would have stayed longer if I could have. you will enjoy this place and you will recharge your batteries here.

The property is close to Princess Street, Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica and Vasco Da Gama Square. Aster Medcity is 9 km from the bed and breakfast and Cochin Shipyard is 5 km away. Joseph and Nimmy are the most wonderful hosts . They completely went out of their way for our comfort and were so helpful , friendly and just lovely people . The atmosphere is so serene , it is spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better to explore the surrounds . We hadn’t been to india for 25 years so we were a little apprehensive and Joseph put us completely at ease straight away and we loved it there . We were very sad to Leave and already would like to return ! We were privileged to be in Catherine’s room ! The only regret I had is not knowing the language so I couldn’t speak to Joseph’s mother . You must go ! You will have no regrets :) Perfect place!

Btw: if you are interested in Hindu festivities and rituals, tell Joseph, he will find memorable trips. And yes: all your backwater trips will be taken care of, too
