Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Craggan is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Ballater, 16 km from Balmoral Castle. The B&B is located in a beautiful Victorian house, with a authentic view. The room ia very large, comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed very much the rich and exquisit breakfast prepared by Louise and especially Martin's company and hospitality. Thank you Louise and Martin for the many little things that made our stay wonderful.

Situated in Dufftown, in a historic building, 22 km from Huntly Castle, Abbeyfield B&B is a guest house with a garden and shared lounge. The house was beautifully renovated and comfortable. Our hostess, Kira, was wonderful. There was always fresh fruit available and a lovely cozy living room with a fireplace. I would have liked to stay there for a longer time.

Situated in Elgin and only 600 metres from Elgin Cathedral, The Pines Guest House features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Lyn and Lee were fabulous hosts and offered above and beyond. Room was more spacious than anticipated with private bath. Quiet even with being on the main road. Delicious breakfast and even vegetarian options (including vegetarian haggis)! And having tea and coffee in the room was nice to have.

Offering a garden and garden view, Room on the River is situated in Cruden Bay, 17 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club and 37 km from Hilton Community Centre. Th owner is a wonderful accommodating and friendly host that makes you feel at home. The rooms are on the first floor with private entrances at the back of the residence. The house was designed and constructed as a B&B, with smartly designed features. Although the room is on the smaller side, it is efficiently designed with a nice size bathroom. Full-size tub and shower. A very large assortment of quality breakfast items provided in the room kitchen nook. Very convenient off-street parking in front of the B&B. Very comfortable bed and linens. Impeccably clean. Plenty of USB ports on each side of the bed, motion senor foot lights in the hall and bathroom, great design features.

Situated within 8 km of Cardhu Whisky Distillery in Aberlour, Bankhouse B&B provides accommodation with a flat-screen TV. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Perfect location for discovering the very many sights and distilleries that Speyside has to offer. Very cosy B&B with incredibly friendly and helpful owners who even assisted us with ideas for visiting other parts of Scotland. The breakfast is plentiful and varied - the definite highlight of our stay. We spent four nights at this property as part of the Speyside Whiskey Festival and looked forward to flopping into bed after long days (and nights) of tasting some of the finest whiskies on the planet.

So charming, well appointed, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The clawfoot tub was a big bonus! The hosts were absolutely lovely, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Breakfast was perfect. Couldn’t fault a thing.
