We could park our bicycles safely in a locked garage. We made our own dinner and breakfast. You can also order food. We didn’t realize that when we booked. Very quiet. We slept very well.

Located just 3.4 km from Elia Sculpture, Den Japanske Have B & B provides accommodation in Herning with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. The property is located a little outside Herning in a quiet residential area. The rooms (I have stayed there twice) are fantastic and excitingly decorated. Everything feels brand new and everything is in top condition and perfectly clean. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast room is adjacent to the fantastic Japanese garden outside. The breakfast is good and you can have breakfast very early in the morning, which is not possible in all hotels. All in all, you feel very much at home and you sleep well because everything is so quiet around you. Nearby there is a supermarket and a kebab restaurant which are perfectly fine. There are probably more that I haven't discovered, but you can get by with these two shopping places and it's not far to Herning.

The bed and breakfast has garden views and is 36 km from Holstebro. exceptional in every way. charming host, beautiful facilities with attached garden, chickens, even the cats were gracious. An ideal place to stay if partaking in the outdoor recreational opportunities of the north Jutland coast, or if you just want to see what real Danish life is like.

Located in Toftebjerg, Æblehaven offers accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. The breakfast was very nice and included many options. I was able to take one of the buns with me for later in the day. The location is best if you can bike, or drive.

Cosy cottage in a picturesque small village not far from Skanderborg. Lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Nice walk down to the nearby lake. All in all a great place to stay.
