The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for three adults. The windows/shutters were gorgeous! The manager/staff were polite and helpful. We traveled in January, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor amenities, but would love to return in the future.

The property is tastefully decorated and furnished, well maintained and sparkly clean, the garden and the pool are idyllic. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, prepared with local products and beautifully presented. We specially enjoyed the company of the owner/ manager. He is very passionate about his business, he made us feel at home since the first moment.

Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night, but we would have liked to stay longer. It was fantastic, Fonneke and Theo are very friendly and helpful hosts. The whole place is a dream, lovely garden, great pool, super view and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious.

Very good communication from the host, and he allowed us to have breakfast early, which was great as we were on our bikes wanting to leave earlier. Would recommend!

We loved staying here. Rui is a most engaging and charming host. He even made a dinner reservation for us and told the restaurant what we wanted to eat. The house is delightful, full of interesting works of art and objects. It even has a small pool. So much nicer staying here than in a modern hotel box-like bedroom

Nice, spacious terrace and room with a kitchen outside; the TV is also of a good size and high up on the wall; and the staff are really kind. We forgot a pair of glasses and the owner promptly mailed it to us and refused to charge us for it. Great experience! We were treated impeccably, with a warm welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, plentiful and a variety beautifully presented and intuition about scrambled eggs for the English guest! The room was spacious, shower superb and welcome drinks in the mini-fridge,v welcome. The house itself is grand with interesting artwork. A large roof top terrace completes the experience.
