The host, the room, the bathroom. Great communication, friendly host, secure gate/doors. It was only me on the second floor, hence very private, quiet and secure. Black out automatic blinds are great! The checking in and out was great. The host extended my stay by 2 hours, which was appreciated. Mogliano Veneto is a nice place for tapas and eating out, the locals are very friendly.

The hotel is clean and it has modern look. The staff are very helpful and accommodating to us. We like the location as well, its near the train station and accessible to Venice, Verona and other places. its not difficult to locate. Neighborhood is quiet and there are places to eat near by, the hotel staff gave us recommendations. They are flexible with check in and assisted us in arranging airport drop off at our own cost ( the hotel doesnt really arrange but they helped us arrange for airport drop off because our flight is early in the morning) they are so helpful.
