Val's breakfast was amazing! The location equally amazing! We were accommodated in many ways asking for ice for our drinks and finding the channels to watch rugby and football. The common space was comfortable and our stay felt like home. Close to pubs and a quick drive to the beach. This was truly a good find.

We really liked and appreciate that it was super comfortable and cozy :) our room had an independent bathroom and we had everything we needed! Kathleen is an exceptional host. She is very nice and she made us feel at home. Additionally, each morning she had a tasty complete breakfast for us :) We had a great time at hers and if when coming again to Wexford region, we’ll definitely stay at her place!

It was a lovely place to stay. The owner and his daughter are so gracious. Whole staff helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place. Had great time at bar downstairs. Full of locals. Location lil outside of center of Wexford but not too bad of a walk.

The property is beautiful and breakfast didn't weigh us down like other ones did. The host Marie was exceptionally sweet and talkative. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was large with a bathtub- but shared with other guests.
