We were warmly welcomed. Location was 2 mins walk to town with good restaurants and the beach very close by. Room was attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with variety of choice. Highly recommended!!

E' stato tutto perfetto, oltre le aspettative. Casa accogliente, pulitissima, con finiture di pregio, letto comodo, camera spaziosa, bagno funzionale e moderno. Colazione con ampia scelt, tutto preparato fresco sul momento (macedonia, uova strapazzate, salmone, porridge.....). Arredamento studiato nel dettaglio. Spazio per parcheggiare. E soprattutto... padroni di casa perfetti, sempre disponibili e gentili! Ci rimarrà per sempre nel cuore :-)

The choice of breakfast was excellent and the portion sizes were more than adequate the room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom the evening meals were excellently cooked by John and served by Sammy who were both great and couldn't do enough for us .

Holway House is a wonderful place---it is tremendous value for money, considering how nice a place it is. Hosts Lucy and John were extremely welcoming (Lucy said this is their life, and their dedication to it showed at every turn), and my room and public quarters were clean and tastefully decorated, with lots of power outlets and a rubbish bin in both the bathroom and the room (a pet peeve). There was also housekeeping every day, so I returned after my first morning to a fresh carafe of water and replenished coffees and teas, as well as fresh towels, which seemed like a rare perk considering how affordable Holway House is. Breakfast was delicious, especially Lucy's mother's homemade greengage and pink gooseberry jams, and it was really nice to be able to have a delicious fruit salad with yoghurt and granola as well as a cooked breakfast. Lucy also chatted to all guests in such a warm way as to make everyone friendly with each other. The location is also very convenient to the Sheringham stations for Network Rail AND the North Norfolk Poppy Line, as well as to the rest of Sheringham. I'd love to stay at Holway House again---my thanks again to Lucy and John for their hospitality.

Very good. Both continental style and cooked and also flexible combination. Also very nice good fresh fruit. And real juice. Location very good with walking distance to central village with lot of pubs and restaurants. Also nice beach walk with access directly beneath the B&B. Very nice and helpful owners. Perfect with private parking space.
