The pictures are exactly how the rooms are- spacious, comfy bed and cute outdoor seating space. Having read the comments about cleaning of the rooms, I think they have been listened to as my room was cleaned daily and done well. The pool gets loads of leaves in it from the surrounding trees but there’s a young man who spends all day cleaning this and the grounds in general. I did not (like previous people) see any frogs at the pool and saw it being cleaned regularly. There is a little bit of noise on the weekend from the night market but nothing that would stop me from staying again. The beach is walking distance, as is the night market. There’s a super cute kitten who makes an appearance every other day - please do feed her if you stay here. She’s tiny and very playful so I hope those who come after me make sure she is fed. If you stay here ( or don’t ) you have to go to paper moon for food ( it’s a 1 min walk). It’s fab. Great value and delicious. I’m working my way through the menu 😂. I 100% would stay here again.

Offering 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this recently renovated apartment features a flat-screen TV. I stayed one week and everything was impeccable! I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, modern, the TV is huge, the water is hot. And most importantly the owners were super friendly and helpful all along the way. They also have motorbikes for rent which is super convenient. And the location is great. Not noisy at night.

A car rental service is available at the apartment. The apartment is really amazing and it has everything that you need to be as comfortable as home, including all amenities to cook. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom really nice too. The unit is brand new and feels bright and fresh. The apartment is located between Chaweng and Lamai disctricts which makes it a convenient location. Thought it is advisable to have your own car or scooter in Koh Samui, as the main ring road doesn't have a sidewalk. The apartment was very clean, in a quiet area where you don't hear the main road. It's in a calming place surrounded by birds. Parking is available in front of the property. Laundry service available just a minute away from the apartment. The communication with Johnny the host was very easy and smooth and he always replied to our inquiries and questions. He offered to arrange as well for a car rental service and drop off at the pier on the last day. Overall very good quality for the price. I definitely recommend it! Thank you Johnny :)

Quiet location, comfy beds, and very attentive, hard-working housekeeping. Building is recently refurbished and looks great.We stayed for 14 days and had an excellent stay. Some very good restaurants within walking distance (i.e.Pink Orchid), Makro is opposite of the road, excellent coffee/smoothie bar (Enjoy coffee bar) opposite of the road, BigC and 7/11 also within walking distance. Studio had a decent AC, which did its job quietly. Bathroom with some amenities and coffee/tea/sugar, etc. were available in our room on arrival. Nice and very responsive owners. So....a very recommendable place to stay!
