Amazing place to stay in beautiful location close to start of walk to salt mines. Super helpful, friendly and flexible. Incredible views in the rooms. TV with Netflix. Clean rooms, bedding, towels etc. Waited up late to let us in. Breakfast available whenever we wanted. Didn't mind us working in breakfast room.

You can check in and check out at any time. The host responded quickly to all our requests.

Everything, Elizabeth was an excellent person and very helpfull, my partner got soroche (high illness) and she was always there, she provided us with a doctor's number and everything.

Casona La Recoleta is located in the centre of Cusco, close to San Blas Church and Religious Art Museum. Casona La Recoleta offers independent apartments that can fit up to 6 people. Everything was exceptional at Casona La Recoleta. We arrived late and Agustin received us at the front desk, gave us thorough explanation of the place and gladly gave us water to drink and said we could pay him later (as we didn't have local currency at the moment). He started the fireplace in our room so we could be warm. The room was amazing, we rented a family cabin style room, with living room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, bedroom and upstairs area with 3 more beds. The place was even better than in the photos. The balcony had a fantastic view of the garden, the mountains and Cusco. The cabin was cozy, very well decorated, super clean and had plenty of blankets. Breakfast is included in the rate. As we had a kitchen and fridge, we had everything we needed for breakfast: eggs, cheese, yogurth, plenty of fresh fruit and avocados, fresh bread, coffee, sugar. I can't express how amazed we were of the amount and quality of food. Every day they replenished what we ate. It was great to be able to have breakfast with the family in the cozy cabin. Every night Agustin or Edy would come and start the fireplace for us. Nuria at the front desk (manager/owner?) was fantastic as well. She helped us with our requests, went above and beyond and was extremely friendly. The location could not be better, just a few minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor and plenty of restaurants, laundromats, stores, coffee shops around. I recommend this place to everyone going to Cusco. If I ever go back to Cusco I would stay at Casona La Recoleta, it was truly like staying at home. Thanks!

Located in the centre of Cusco, PAKARINA HOUSE provides accommodation with inner courtyard views, just less than 1 km from Wanchaq Train station and a 8-minute walk from Santo Domingo Church. Someone was there waiting at the residence with keys for us upon our arrival. Absolutely met our needs for the evening. Nothing really remarkable but also nothing to complain about.
