The apartment was very clean, very well appointed and extremely well organized - everything had its place! The shower was excellent and it was nice to have the bathroom ensuite. We would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely encourage others to stay at the Boathouse Apartments.

My husband has mobility issues and the level entry plus elevator to the 5th floor were perfect. Excellent food options within the block. highly reccommend both the Oxley and SISU. Took the Marlborough Tour Co, Wine and Food Cruise (literally across the street) and had a fantstic day with a small group. Bonus craft fair across the street on the green on Wednesday morning as we departed. The apartment was beautiful and well stocked. We were out a bit too much, so did not get to enjoy the fabulous deck and view to its fullest. Would definitely return.

The fully self-contained apartment features a flat-screen TV with free sports and movie channels. There is a comfortable lounge area to relax in after a busy day and there is a separate bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite. Guests have their own well-equipped kitchen and can enjoy 360 degree views of the ocean, mountain and garden from the property. Extras include free toiletries, a hairdryer and robes. You will find luggage storage space at the property. If we could give 11 out of 10 we would give it. It was by far the best place we stayed during our 4 week trip to New Zealand and the best value for money. The stay exceeded our expectations in many very important areas (location/views, number and quality of home devices and furniture, garden, breakfast, very good wifi) and the small ones (like range of tea and number of tea bags, TV with unlocked channels, local tips, New Zealand guide book, welcoming chocolate candies, I could have mentioned much more of those) On top of that the place was extremely clean and the host so helpful.

Seaview Apartment is in the picturesque port town of Picton and offers fantastic views over the harbour. This quiet, tidy and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, large living area with a sheltered outdoor dining area with a barbeque. We had a fabulous stay at the seaview apartment! The location is fantastic, you can easily walk anywhere in Picton and there are many scenic walking trails nearby. We loved that we could wander onto the Main Street for dinner/drinks/coffee in under 10 mins. The apartment itself had everything we could need for our stay and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The living space is huge and the kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed having this as a relaxing base to explore the region. There is even an outdoor area with fabulous view! Beds were comfy and the shower was great, definitely recommend!

So this is a great little flat (basically) which the owner put a lot of love and care into it. Its super cozy and you can feel easily at home. It has basically everything what you need. The owner is very friendly and left a kind note for us, they're living next door so if there are any problems you can reach then easily. Nice little place to chill-out and makes you feel very much home. Highly recommended
