We loved everything about the apartment.! The apartment was roomy, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to bars and restaurants. The steam shower was an added bonus! Riccardo was friendly, extremely responsive, and helpful. He provided local recommendations, to include a restaurant recommendation, which was excellent! The name of the restaurant is called “Il Cantinone.” We would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in Perugia in the future!

The property is spacious, modern and very clean with everything you need, even hair straighteners. Excellent shower. The location couldn’t be better, all the best restaurants and beautiful landmarks are on the doorstep and the mini metro a few minutes walk. The host is so helpful and ready to help with any questions.

The super clean apartment is managed by an excellent host. So very helpful right from the start helping with luggage and getting settled. The location is directly across from Santa Chiara, Saint Clare Basilica. So location is extremely good, right on the main street leading from Santa Chiara to San Francesco Basilica. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, scenic overlooks are all nearby. Apartment has a lovely terrace to sit and relax, view of Rocco Maggiore, and it is well equipped, including a washing machine. Perfect for a short or long stay. Highly recommend apartment and host.

The apartment is very clean, has a lot of space and the host was very friendly. There was everything that we needed and the surroundings are very quiet and calm. You can even see the stars in the night. If you want to travel around Tuscany, it's a place we totally recommend!

Dimora Pertusa is an elegant, beautiful, recently renovate apartment in a very quiet area of Orvieto. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed with anything you might need for your stay or for cooking a meal in. The apartment also had access to a beautiful and charming court yard garden. The owner, Laura, met us at the apartment shortly after our arrival and was charming and gracious and gave us a great orientation to the apartment and to Orvieto. The apartment was very quiet, the beds and linens were very comfortable and our stay was exceptionally enjoyable. Thank you, Laura, for making our stay so memorable - you have a charming apartment and we would certainly stay again should we back in Orvieto!!

La Casetta di Mimmi asub Castel Viscardos, 13 km kaugusel Orvieto katedraalist, 27 km kaugusel Civita di Bagnoregiost ja 47 km kaugusel Villa Lantest. The warm welcome was extraordinary. The hosts were very kind even offering us some snacks and an apertivo upon checking in! The kitchen was well provisioned for cooking in.
