Bed was comfortable. There is a lift in the property. Helpful that we could store our luggage in the property until it was time to leave for the train station.

Keeping our luggage until departure at 2:14, calling a taxi, making dinner reservations. Orientating us with a map. On top of that she is a sweet genuine individual that loves her job. The bed the best we have ever slept in, the room the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail with robes, slippers, bathroom amenities outstanding. Breakfast too has a wide variety of quality fruits, pastries, yogurts, cheese, meats and cappuccino. One regret that we only had one night here. Had we known the wonders of the area and this accommodation would have stayed 3 nights and toured form Martins Residence.

Offering free Wi-Fi and views of Parma's Cathedral, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is located in the pedestrian area of town, in the medieval square next to the Baptistery. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us at this exceptionally beautiful property.

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
