This is one of the few properties in the close vicinity of the old town that offers affordable gated private parking, which puts it in front of the other properties in the area, if you're arriving by car. If we ever come back to Bologna this will be our first pick for sure.

Suites and apartments feature a kitchenette. The location cannot be beaten in Parma, the service is excellent and the apartments spacious and clean. We have stayed twice at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The apartments are well equipped and are cleaned daily. The staff are very helpful. Given the quality of the accommodation and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. Parma is a delightful town, especially if you are interested in good food!

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

High class bathroom amenities, perfectly equipped kitchen, super clean and in the heart of the city. We had the Smeraldo duplex apartment, which is very quiet as all windows are to the inner courtyard. There is also a very small balcony and a bathroom on each floor. Perfect value for money, perfectly maintained and also valuable information provided from the host like restaurants around, private chef hire, taxi or anything you need to have a perfect stay.

I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!
