Location is about midway between the town center and the university (good for me). It takes about 30 mins to walk to the centre -- apparently there is a bus stop not far from the flat. The road outside was pretty quiet; parking there costs 5 euros per day (i.e. 10:00-18:00). There is a nice park about a minutes' walk away.
