Very good air condition which was important for me! I was felling like at home. What i also liked is the personnel, kind and caring, always helping. Our unit was on the 7th floor and had a great view of the ocean and mountains and overlooked a nice park. It was very spacious and clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Tram was 2 blocks away and was perfect for getting into Alicante or up the coast to Benidorm. Grocery stores within walking distance and beachfront with lots of restaurants close by. Having a free washer and dryer onsite was another bonus.
