Situated just 5.2 km from Colossi of Memnon, Blue Nile House features accommodation in Luxor with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. In February we stayed here for 5 days in the beautiful Blue Nile House in a apartment: spacious, clean, with three balconies and great views and the river Nile. Our host, Sayed, and his team are very kind and most helpful. The daily breakfast under the beach umbrella near the swimming pool was something to look forward to every morning. For dinner there was a varied menu of delicious Egyptian meals to choose from. And in a 10 mins walk there is this Restaurant with ferry ride name 'Aladdin guarantees a peaceful and quiet atmosphere and amazing chicken and fish (grilled) in a combo of rice and chapati. There are several possibilities to visit the ancient Egyptians monuments. Sayed can arrange for taxis and there are lots of tuktuks on the road in the village to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Queens temples and tombs on the West Bank. Our driver (Mr. Hassan) was having ample of knowledge for the site seeing. Our balloon ride early in the sunrise, 5 o'clock something cannot be missed!!! Go for it, its amazing. We highly recommend Blue Nile House for it is the perfect place to stay on the West Bank of Luxor. Thank you Sayed, Hassan and the entire Team for these wonderful hospitality. Vec od ulaznih vrata znate sto vas ceka. Kuca ima predivno dvoriste sa velikim bazenom i malom terasom na kojoj se sluzi odlicna domaca hrana! Cijeli apartman je ogroman, cist i nudi sve sto imate i kod kuce. Sobe su prostrane, a kupaonica uredna sa tus kabinom koja ima izvrstan pritisak. Uz apartman smo imali slatku i prostranu taracu a na rooftopu se nalaze kauci i lezaljke na kojima se mogu gledati predivni zalasci sunca. Na sve to osoblje tj. cijela obitelj, svoj posao radi prvenstveno jako profesionalno a uz to sa puno ljubavi sto smo i osjetili kroz cijeli nas boravak!

Salah, the owner provided great hospitality, picked us up from the west bank, having crossed the nile from east side in small boat, costing 30 egypt pounds for two of us,, the apartment was clean. We were provided with fruit basket, tea and coffee. Please note you will find many hotels here do not provide milk.we did take all in one Indian royal tea bags which was extremely handy. You must take advantage of going to the roof top to view the hot air balloons taking off in not so far distance between 4am to 5.30am. We done the hot air balloon ride in the morning, salah got us the deal for 2140 egypt pounds. Everything worked as it should the ac ,fan, tv, kettle,fridge etc. The view outside is of the banana farm, lots of green. we were picked up and dropped back included. The apartment building is right next to restaurants with good food and drink and especially with wonderful views across the Nile to the historic city. The apartment seemed luxurious, it was very pleasant, extra large, clean, well equipped, with a quality mattress, with nets on the windows and a pleasant garden with a swimming pool. The crown of the good feeling of the stay is created by the always smiling and friendly Mohamed, who helped us not only with transportation from Hurghada to Luxor and organizing trips, but also informed us about local prices and conditions. After a week of stay, we assess that our decision was correct, the accommodation was really excellent in all respects and we felt comfortable and safe here.

3.1 km from Luxor Museum, Karnak Flats is a recently renovated property situated in Luxor and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The flat is beautiful, clean and really comfortable. Its in good street and the owner is a great guy, really helpfull. I would recommend this place to all people I know going to Luxor!
