The location is perfect, away from the messy road but close enough of the town to go walking. The studios are amazing, super comfy and with everything you need! Alonso is always checking if everything it’s okey with all his pura vida vibe! :)

Our host Marcelo and his wife Gloria are very warming. They treated us like best friends, with hot tea at our first come and late afternoon snacks when we finish touring . They always communicate with us to understand our needs and very patient to give us suggestions on our tours. Maycho，another staff, also help us arrange all of our tours on our first day. He recommend some of the best spots and make this small city so attractive and fun. They are definitely the best hosts during my travel history. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit and homemade special scramble eggs. Room is warm and fuzzy, and the garden view is amazing!!! It’s my honor and privilege to stay in this house and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Set within 2.3 km of Hermosa Beach and 8.1 km of Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary in Uvita, The Sutton - Boutique Jungle Experience features accommodation with seating area. We stayed in one of three brand-new houses, which are located on the green mountain slope over Playa Hermosa – a stunning wide beach, where we went for the most picturesque sunsets we’ve ever witnessed in our lives! Our house (like two others) had a beautiful patio facing the jungle full of colorful birds, so it is a paradise for birdwatching. The casita was tastefully designed, beds were like heaven and the house even featured a walk-in closet. The hospitality of the hosts – Ali & Cory - was unmatched: they recommended the best places to visit and things to do. We spent quite some time at the property as it had everything you need: from a swimming pool to a rancho, where we cooked a couple of evenings having lots of fun with other guests. The place is quite strategically located - you can visit such great attractions as Nauyaca waterfalls, Manuel Antonio National Park to name just a few. And if you don’t feel like cooking you can just roll down the hill and there you are – the best Italian of the neighborhood. We’ve been to Costa Rica three times, and this is one of the best accommodations we had. Millions thanks for everything, Ali & Cory! Hope to see you next year again!

A recently renovated apartment located in Uvita, Cabina Rancho la Merced features a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautifull house, very clean and surroundings by nature. In this place we saw for the first time toucans, amazing brids. Gracias!

Situated in Palmar Norte in the Puntarenas region, La Muñequita Lodge 1 - culture & nature experience has a balcony and river views. The property is unique, located on a farm run by Heyner and his family. The family welcomes you and makes you feel like you are one of them immediately, it is truly touching. They are so keen to exchange with you and tell you everything about their farm and what they grow. While I was there I made juice from sugar cane, (barely) contributed to building a house for their goats. It is a unique experience that I will not forget anytime soon. My only regret is that I only stayed a few nights. Should I go back to Costa Rica it will definitely be on my roadmap again.

Apartamentos Ganesha Jacó, a property with an outdoor swimming pool, is set in Jacó, 500 metres from Jaco Beach, 7.4 km from Rainforest Adventures Jaco, as well as 27 km from Bijagual Waterfall. The room is super big, new, everything looks great. Kitchen is so big and have plenty of equipment, great for cooking. Beach is really close :)

Best location in Santa Teresa! Really loved our apartment, it was quite expensive however I think you can find way more expensive accomondations in Santa Teresa with lower standards so the price didn't matter that much since the location was great!

Offering a garden and garden view, Ibiza Tropical Beach Villas is set in Uvita, 1.5 km from Uvita Beach and 15 km from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary. Montse was by far the best host in Costa Rica. My husband and I went on our honeymoon in September, and part of our Costa Rican journey was in the beautiful Uvita. There, we stayed at Montse's villas, which was absolutely magical! The villas are located in the most breathtaking place, each provides its own parking space, and contains two floors. Downstairs there is a well-staffed kitchen with a small living room, and upstairs; a bedroom, a shower&bathroom with all its vanities and a good shower stream( a big deal in costa Rica")!!, and the icing on the cake - a personal balcony to take it all in. It's basically a little home, rustic and warm yet new in its design, and the bedroom is massive. The views and the nature surrounding grants the most amazing feeling of peace, excitement, and wonder. if all wasn't appealing as is, the property has its own restaurant which is specialized in traditional Catalonian food, which is open for locals and for you ;). We arrived at Uvita mostly because we wanted to experience whale watching, and Montse helped us book it right away at half the price we originally planned on spending. She and her husband were the kindest hosts helping us with anything we needed and making us feel so welcome in their home. Our time there was like a dream, as if you arrived to a little slice of heaven, and we would come back in a heartbeat! And to our graciuse host: Te queremos mucho, GRACIAS por lo que eres!!! Te deseamos felicidad y toda la suerte del mundo! Pura Vida❤️
