Fantastic location, you can ski out and in the hotel. Ski area is great, after-ski parties as well in nearby cafee. Nice spa area and great friendly personel. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 713 dal 30 Dicembre al 1 Gennaio 2024 pagando poco più di 300 euro...ne è valsa proprio la pena! Camera piccola ma molto luminosa, pulitissima e calda. L'edificio è di recentissima costruzione, perciò tutto cio che si trova all'interno delle camere è nuovo e moderno. Dopo aver suonato al citofono, siamo stati accolti da una signora gentilissima e sempre sorridente che ci ha consegnato la chiave della stanza, illustrandoci tutto il suo contenuto. Non c'è la colazione (probabilmente è una cosa momentanea), ma in camera c'è la macchinetta del caffe con la possibilità di erogazione dell'acqua calda per prepararsi qualche tisana/the. La permanenza è stata impeccabile, le stanze sono ben insonorizzate e, anche se l'edificio si trova su una strada principale, non si sentono molto le auto che la percorrono. Prima di andare via abbiamo incontrato il titolare, anch'esso gentile e sorridente, che ci ha chiesto come fosse andata e ci ha dato dei consigli su dove andare prima di tornare a casa. Sotto alla struttura c'è anche un bar che, purtroppo, non era ancora aperto, penso sia questione di qualche mese e poi entrerà in funzione. L'edificio si trova a circa 10 minuti dal centro di Villach, quindi un'ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare questa città. Se dovessimo tornare in Austria questo sarà sicuramente un'ottimo posto dove tornare! ATTENZIONE! Non lo voglio mettere come difetto ma come un consiglio per gli italiani che vogliono "appropinquarsi" in questa struttura: la signora titolare non capisce tanto l'italiano e preferisce il tedesco, alla fine parlando in inglese ci siamo capiti, ma se volete essere sicuri (e soprattutto se volete aiutare i due gestori, se lo meritano) armatevi di Google Traduttore e andrà tutto bene!

The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

I had a delightful stay in Austria at this apartment. The hosts were exceptionally kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was both great and tranquil. The wonderful sunny weather added to the charm, and the proximity to the ski slopes was just right. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Aparthaus-Kiebitz is situated in Rennweg, 32 km from Roman Museum Teurnia and 23 km from Mauterndorf Castle. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Michel was incredibly accommodating to everything we needed. He replies instantly and is very helpful with all our queries, even after we checked out. I highly recommend this place as it was very convenient to get around, with a free shuttle to and from the ski resort just 1 min walk away, and also a grocery store, mall etc all within minutes walk away.
