Our stay at La Vacanza was absilutely delightful! Marcello is an amazing host. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. You really can't ask for more regarding the location - you'll be staying in the very heart of Ortigia, surrounded by beautiful views over the sea and the food market (the flat is soundproofed so you won't hear noise if you keep the window shut). Moreover, the flat is conveniently located near an indoor car park. Extremely recommended! We will surely be back.

The accommodation was great, well located, spacious, clean. The host was really nice, she came to gave us the keys personally and was very friendly and polite, went above and beyond to make sure we don't need anything. She also met us to take the keys at the end of our stay (even though she didn't have to) and asked about our experience. It was also great to have a small table at the terrace in front of the rooms. Even though it's right next to the street, the fence with greenery creates a nice atmosphere. There was equipment for a coffee which was a big plus. Overall, the value for money was really good and we will definitely come back here next time we're in Siracusa!

Offering sea views, Ortigia Loft Via Malta, 22 is an accommodation set in Siracusa, less than 1 km from Aretusa Beach and a 13-minute walk from Cala Rossa Beach.

First off I came early and my host was there cleaning. She helped me find a parking space and even backed the car in. We agreed to meet in an hour and she recommended a close place for lunch (delicious) and walked me through everything I needed to know, left me with home grown oranges, water, and the name of a spectacular restaurant that served local Sicilian food. She told me where I could find things in the neighborhood. Check out was easy. Her English was excellent and that made things very easy for me. The place was comfortable, a couple of blocks from the UNESCO area of Ortigia which was a fantastic area to explore in Siricusa. My only regret was that I didn’t stay longer. Bathroom and shower were great, bed comfortable, kitchen perfect. Nice neighborhood. Laundromat a block away. I will be returning here some day, hopefully soon.

    Veldig sentralt,gåavstand til de fleste severdigheter. Rent og bra utstyrt i leiligheten. Utleier var veldig behjelpelige og lette og få kontakt med. Kan anbefales så takk Christina for god service🙏

    Fin leilighet med stue/kjøkken, bad. Rent og godt vedlikeholdt .Flott utsikt over byen og sjøen fra leilighet. Ca 20 minutter å gå fra leiligheten til bysentrum Siracusa

    Fantastisk nydelige leiligheter og omgivelser forøvrig. Perfekt beliggenhet, bare et par minutters gange fra duomo og piazzaen. Super service av Alice. Veldig bra med dialog via Whatsapp.

    Super beliggenhet på severdige Ortigia. Kort vei til alt. Også mulighet for å ta seg et bad i sjøen/ bystrand ikke langt unna. 3 etasjer, soverom i 2 etg, velfungerende aircondition på begge soverom. Tilgang til takterrasse tilhørende leiligheten. Måltidene i leil. ble spist der. Offentlig parkeringsplass i nærheten fungerte bra med Easypark app. Anbefaler gjerne denne leiligheten.

    Veldig fin eiendom, svært velstelt og godt vedlikeholdt uteområde. Rent og pent overalt - inne og ute. Svømmebassenget tilgjengelig hele tiden, og flotte områder å oppholde seg på ute. Leiligheten lå for seg selv i forhold til hovedhuset, med egen spiseplass og sittegruppe ute. Vertskapet var veldig vennlig og hjelpsom under hele oppholdet.

    Leiligheten ligger i et rolig strøk med god belysning og kort vei til flere severdigheter. Inngangsdøren er ekstra sikret og leiligheten er stille og føles helt trygg. Den ligger i gamlebyen med kort vei til strandpromenaden. Det er flere butikker og restauranter i nærheten, bl.a. to – tre restauranter der man kan sitte ute og se på solnedgangen eller ta en tur på stranden.

    Leiligheten var nyoppusset og veldig delikat, inneholdt det vi trengte. Air conditioning på både soverommet og i stuen. Takterrassen var helt fantastisk med stoler, solsenger og nydelig utsikt.
