The apartment was amazing! Old Italy with modern amenities. Coffee was provided . Apartment spotless. The view from the bedrooms showed the stunning view of the landscape of Perugia. There’s a Pam Mimi market nearby and another a short walk away. Location excellent- just down the hill from the main Piazza. Felt very safe and at home. Dario made everything easy - very helpful with transportation tips and checking in to be sure all was going smoothly.

    In the very heart of Perugia, on a super vibrant street with lots of bars, shops, 1 minute to the national gallery and 3 minutes to the cathedral, but the apartment itself faces a most quiet inner yard with stunning views of Perugia.     This is very nice, clean, spacious and modern apartment in the very center of historical city. The big plus is that it has two bathrooms, fully equipped. You need to consider it has 3 bedrooms, one - big double bed and 2 others equipped with single beds, so very good for a family with two children or for a group of friends, but less convenient if you are two couples:)

    The welcome we received from Luna was warm and friendly. She had thought of simply everything her guests could possibly need for a short stay down to the very last detail. There was tea, coffee, sugar and cereal for breakfast plus the rudimentary ingredients such as spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar if one wanted to do some simple home cooking. There was also supermarket nearby. We liked Perugia a lot and in such a comfortable and well-appointed apartment right in the historical centre we would have liked to have stayed longer.

    The flat has lovely high ceilings with wooden beams and is very bright and spacious. There are superb views over the surrounding countryside from both the bedroom and the lounge windows. All of the furnishings are new and have been carefully chosen to suit the apartment. We would certainly recommend Chic Apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    The apartment is convenient to visit Perugia when you have your own car. It is not in the old town, thus if you don't drive, you will have to take the bus (I believe I saw one outside the apartment). We enjoyed our short stay, and the apartment had everything we needed. The balcony is also a bonus to have morning coffee at.

    Fabulous location and the apartment had breathtaking views of Perugia. Access was easy and the hosts were fabulous. A modern apartment which was very spacious .

    I got more than I expected. The apartment is located near to the historical city center but on the other hand there is a wonderful view of Umbrian landscape from its windows. There are a lot of charming restaurants and wineries in the close neighbourhood. The flat is fully-equipped and clean. The contact with the host is very good.
