The property got an amazing view, we can see the tiny island St Clement’s Isle right in front of the window in the living room. And if you are lucky enough you might be able to see the dolphins jumping up from the sea in comfort at your holiday home! The property is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. It facilitated all the essentials and necessities we need during our stay. Location is perfect. All the local shops and restaurants are just few minutes away. We rented a car to travel around, and the property got one parking space available. We also found there is a public car park literally few steps away. If public transport is required, the bus stop is less than a minute from the property. There is a hotel+restaurant just opposite us that serves amazing food and good sea view. Despite the property itself, we found that the most amazing thing about this place is our host, they were so friendly, helpful, attentive and supportive during our stay. They are definitely the bonus to our holiday in Cornwall. The instruction of how to checkin to the property, how to get there, house manual, recommendations of things to do and great restaurants to eat out were given few days before our travel which gave us plenty of time to research and plan our journey ahead. We even managed to book all the lovely restaurants they recommended to fit our trip plans accordingly. They also offered early checkin when possible and we were lucky to checkin few hours early, and the host kindly allowed us to extend an hour and half checkout time to fit our train schedule. We had some requests on the day when we checkin, the host responded very quickly and accommodated our requests in timely manner. All these little details they given to us made us feel warm and welcomed to stay at their property, and because of them we had a very smooth and relaxed holiday. We feel so grateful that we found this property during our stay in Cornwall.

The lovely touches such as the chocolates on the nightstand and towels. Beach towels and chairs were there for our use as was soap and moisturizer as well as shampoo and conditioner. Everything was high quality from the bedding and towels to the furnishings. They even left snacks and a couple of individual bottles of wine as well as milk tea and coffee. It was so comfortable and so very close to the harbor, beautifully furnished and an extremely clever use of space.

The place was lovely, with all the appliances needed (even a rice cooker!). The bedrooms were cozy, matelas were confortable. The bathroom was super big and with a nice bath and shower. The balcony has a beautiful view on Penzance and its harbour and it has lots of sittings and one big table to be able to enjoy the view while enjoying a meal.

The location of the property, just between Penzance and beautiful Mousehole. The spacious apartment with all the equipment you need for your stay. Very fast wi-fi, a great TV programme selection in case you want stay a day in-door while raining.
