Andrea very friendly and helpful and checked all was well after I'd let myself in. The apartment was actually a whole house over three floors with two bathrooms in a v central part of town. Very good location, which we looked for: 7 mins by walk from city centre, near seaport. Lovely personal: administrator pointed us, till the enter to building was very polite and positive, as other people we met at apartamentos. When we found our heating doesn't work, administrator quickly brought to us other heating device as a replacement. We had very nice apartment with green zone just around the window. Apartments size is very good for 2 or even 3 persons. Good breakfast with large food selection. Good value for it's price.
