    The apartment is located within walking distance of the beach and all the main attractions in Sellin. It was very clean and equipped with new and high-quality furniture and accessories. The apartment has a nice, cozy, and heated winter garden where you can have your breakfast, relax and sit in the evening. This apartment is located at the back of the building and therefore it is quiet. We enjoyed it and can recommend staying there.

    The apartment is very comfortable and the location is a bit further from the main street so it's a bit more quiet. Close to the beach and to the historic train station but it's less touristy and the apartment is surrounded by locals. It was good for us with the car.

    The apartment was beautiful and clean. All the amenities were provided. The location is very nice as the beach is within 5 minutes walking distance. The location is very aesthetic and peaceful. Restaurants and bus stops are also nearby. You can also enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful balcony. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

    Upon contacting the owner of the apartment, we were advised to pick up the keys from the reception desk at the nearby Park Hotel. Following the instructions, everything went seamlessly. The staff at the Park Hotel Reception Desk were friendly and provided all the essential details for our stay. The entire process was well-coordinated.

    It is a very basic apartment for a short stay. We really liked that it is a short walk to the main street heading to the seaside. We were with 2 kids (5 and 8 y) so it took us up to 15 min to walk to the seaside. Many restaurants in the main street. Collecting the keys was easy - although we came after the office hours we got our keys from the lock box from the company taking care of the apartment (and which is around the corner. We also liked that there were coffee capsules left in the kitchen.

    The apartment was clean and met all our needs. The location is great for getting the steam train, walking to sellin pier and the beach. Parking in the underground carpark, which comes with the penthouse was great. An Edeka on site has everything you need including a nice bakery at the front. The street through sellin is full of nice restaurants. Our host was exceptionally communicative and friendly. We will definitely come back!!
