Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

We had a fabulous stay in this wonderful service apartment. The apt has everything you can think of. The pictures don't do it justice. Friendly and responsive host too! Wish we had booked more days here.

Clean, spacious, no strange smell and very well managed, I enjoyed the stay very much and the location is awesome: park, beautiful river, big supermarket, convenience stores and train stations (to Osaka or Kyoto) are all within 5-min walk! Also, walking to Osaka Castle or Tenmabashi shopping street is easy. I will definitely choose yksi apartment when I come to Osaka next time.
