This apartment is fantastic, possibly newly built as everything looks brand new, comfy beds, well equipped and worked perfectly for us cooking for ourselves as we are vegan, there are a few little supermarkets nearby for essentials. We didn’t eat out but I believe there are one or two near the apartment (the owners would be helpful with this I’m sure) You can sea the sea and Stromboli in the distance from the apartment terrace and we were lucky enough to have the front apartment. The nearest beach ‘Tono’ is nice light sand and clear blue sea - it’s a bit of a walk from the apartment but it is possible in about 30 mins (coming back is a very steep walk uphill in places though so may not be good for everyone) can be a bit stony getting into the sea in places so sea shoes are a bonus, nice to snorkel. There are a few beach bars along the beach if you want to eat/drink but no shops so it’s nice and peaceful. There are many guys walking the beach selling the usual bracelets etc. The apartment owners are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they often helped us with our queries including arranging bicycle rental from the next town. We speak no Italian and the owners don’t speak English but they didn’t let this be an issue at all, we managed with online translating. We can’t rate this apartment and it’s owners highly enough!!!

The location was just perfect, close to the beach and many restaurants. People were so friendly and we only wished we had booked for longer. Will definitely be back for a much longer stay in future.

The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Fabulous place with amazing views and wonderful host, Stefania, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay, close to supermarket and minimart. Yes it is a distance from the station but Stefania kindly collected us, not only when we arrived but also after we did a day trip to Diamante. The steps to the old town were challenging for my husband so we went up and down by road which he managed well even with a sore knee.

We were in a beautiful apartment with THE MOST GLORIOUS VIEW. But aside from the amazing view, the little kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay. I was able to cook delicious meals and eat either indoors or on the balcony. The bed was so comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water. Water pressure throughout was great. The windows had three settings for opening for air flow. The apartment includes options for you to dry your swimsuit. Even the smart TV welcome screen had a great menu which featured specials that you can access just by staying here. But the BEST PART about staying here is the owners. Even before I got there Maurizio was whatsapping with us and arranged our pick up from the train station, arrange the most EPIC boat tour for us and other hook ups with restaurants etc. He is so patient and he and his family were wonderful!You are utterly spoiled!!

In the summer, you would be able to enjoy sitting out by the pool and taking in the beauty of Pizzo. Well maintained gated property. I would highly recommend Asterias Redidence for your stay in Pizzo.
