Located in Dublin’s centre, Staycity Aparthotels - Christchurch are just 5 minutes’ walk from Temple Bar. They provide fully equipped kitchens, Juliet balconies, and a sitting room with DVDs on request. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to check in early. Location is great, just a short walk from temple bar area.

Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Before you book, you have to understand this is not a typical hotel with reception and staff onsite. These are individual apartments, fully equipped with everything you need to comfortably stay a longer period of time (at least we did so). We booked a one bedroom apartment to stay there while we were looking for a more permanent rental. No one bothered us during this stay, which means that washing dishes, making bed, taking out the trash was done by us. No staff entered our apartment during the stay. The place was spotless when we entered (A++ for cleaning). Very warm, but not hot. Location was perfect for us, far enough from the crowded temple bar area, but close enough to walk there (2km).

We loved the food and activity recommendations from the staff who were all lovely and super helpful! They organized early check in for us which was such a great surprise. The beds are very comfortable, room temperature was steady, had no use for the extra heaters or fans and the windows block out any sound coming from the roads. Overall a perfect cozy place to come back to after the day of exploring!
