Super breakfast, couldn't eat it all. 30 metres from beach, nice balcony, very good spacious rooms. Even had a little kitchen/dining area. Good selection of eateries nearby. Free car parking on site ! Definitely place to stay next time we are in the area.

Overall the hotel is good value for money, and bonus points for being pet friendly.

Some units have a well-equipped kitchenette, while a shared kitchen with stove is also available. This is a family affair that is spotless, clean and super comfortable. I cannot say anything negative about this place. Evy and her family, including her daughter Fotini who is named after her grandmother, are amazing hosts. They were so wonderful that they will remain one of our fond memories and lovely experiences in Greece.

Studios Kiapekou is centrally situated in Edipsos, just 30 metres from the sandy beach and within 150 metres from the famous thermal springs. Featuring a snack bar, the property offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and a private balcony. Very comfortable hotel, well located a couple of minutes' walk from the thermal pools on the seafront and next to main drag with bars and restaurants. The room and balcony was spacious with lovely view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable. very friendly and helpful hostess, who gave us lots of good advice and was very accommodating when we wanted to check out late. Good range of options for breakfast.
