One of the best places we have stayed along the years of visiting cyclades and Dodecanese. Small but nice breakfast is included and renewed daily, and every works as expected. Great view of the castle. Mr Giannis was always helpful and accommodating with anything we might have needed.

Overlooking the bay of Maltezana, the charming Castellano Village features a kidney-shaped pool with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. Clean, good quite location, super friendly host who gave excellent advises about the surroundngs and the pool+bar.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Primrose Apartments is situated in Astypalaia Town. The studio is located half way between the port and the old town. We are very thankful to the owners as they coverd our taxi ride on arrival day. Infact from the port it is a steep road with several steps. On departure day it is an easy downhill walk to the port even with suitcases (max. 10min walk). The kitchen is very well equipped (including washing machine), toiletries are provided and there's even a first aid kit with disinfectant and patches (very useful!). The studio is new and its decorations are very accurate. The bed is on a separate mezzanine just above the kitchen (six steps) but very well designed so to create a very nice and cosy area detached from the rest of the studio. A safe is also provided. Breakfast is delivered daily and it includes bread, muffins (sweet and savoury), butter, honey/jam, juice. Maria was very accommodating with my breakfast needs and adjusted it according to my request. Thank you Maria! The old town is 10min uphill walking distance and you can find two grocery stores just before the windmills area. Restaurants and cafés very handy. We enjoyed our dinner at Salis (again we thank Maria for the suggestions) but you need to book as they don't have many tables. We also enjoyed the nice views over the city from our terrace with beautiful sunrises. Finally we appreciated the late check out possibility on departure day.

The location is ideal for visiting the Chora and also Livadia which has one of the best beaches with tavernas and cafes. In fact there are 2 excellent fish tavernas in this location. The rooms were pristine and Irene the owner is very welcoming and helpful on all matters concerning Astypalia. The service was exemplary and the rooms very clean. Everyday, fresh seasonal fruit was provided, together with water and other provisions. The kitchen pantry is properly stocked with provisions for breakfast . The suites face the sea and are in a tranquil setting….no disturbance from party revellers or late arrivals. It is perfect for a relaxing few days. The suites are recently built and furnished to a high standard .

We had a wonderful stay at Galaxy. The views from the balcony are spectacular and can't be beat. The space is comfortable and very nice for two. The communication was easy with host and a transfer from the airport was much appreciated and helpful. The father of the house was very easy to be in touch with and held ir luggage because our ferry was not until later in the day. Bed very comfortable, pillows a bit hard. Highly recommend Galaxy!

يقع Votsalo على بعد 200 متر من شاطئ بيرا جيالوس على جزيرة أستيباليا وعلى مسافة 150 مترًا من الكافيتريات والمطاعم. ويقدم غرفًا واستوديوهات مع شرفة تطل على بحر إيجه. The hosts are really welcoming, heart-warming and helpful. We were picked up and also brought back to the port (and got help with our luggage) on our departure day. We were getting very helpful tips about which beach we should visit according to wind and weather forecast. Apart from the above, we received little homemade treats of local products everyday. The rooms were very clean. Next to the rooms there was a nice little beach for a morning dive (2min. walk). The rooms had a sea/beach view, which was amazing. The perfect getaway! The rooms were very quiet and only 10min walk to town. The biggest supermarket of the island was round the corner. We would definitely recommend Votsalo! The overall experience of our stay was very good!

Beautiful house with two bedrooms, each had its own bathroom, nice little kitchenette, back and front balconies, quiet location of the bedrooms. Very good WiFi which was very important to our teenage daughter.
