Starting from the staff at the reception till the people in the restaurant. 1- The apartment is well equipped, very large spaces, all cabinets are well designed from the famous german brand “eiger” wood, the toilet is super clean and the entire room is tidy. 2- Clemence Bent, at the reception made my stay super easy and she is always welcoming and smiling. She is talented and well educated. 2- Sara, in the restaurant, is super. 3- All rooms has all what the passenger need. All toiletries are branded and the rooms were extremely sanitized and clean. 4- The oven and washing machine are available in the room. Simply the best hotel I have stayed in Europe!

Résidence La Canopée is located in the Quartier Européen - Orangerie district of Strasbourg, less than 1 km from Strasbourg Christmas Market and a 14-minute walk from Strasbourg Cathedral. Everything was perfect. Wide, specious apartment, warm/December/, perfect location. Patient and helpful staff. Good communication with them before check in.The staff offered parking place, but we found a spot on the street/ weekend time/ I recommend this hotel-apartment .

Obiekt Résidence Les Rives de la Fecht – Colmar Ouest jest położony na początku alzackiego szlaku winnego, w niewielkim lesie, z którego roztacza się widok na Wogezy. Wspaniałe miejsce. Dla nas bardzo dobry punkt "wypadowy" do zwiedzania okolicy. Dodatkowym atutem był basen.

Super comfy beds and pillows. The staff at the reception is super friendly. They gave us a locker to store our bags after check out.
