First of all, as we enter the lobby, we were greeted by a lovely woman who helped us and was patient with all our questions. The treatment we received was warm and kind, we felt at home even though it was our first visit to Sweden. Later we discovered that the entire staff is so great and kind which made our stay more comfortable. The room is clean and well equipped, the bed is comfortable. There is a huge supermarket very close(gluten free options) more shops and fast food options. Getting around by public transportation is very convenient and recommended.

I really enjoyed the customer service experience given by the staff. Niklas (I'm hoping I got that name right), the night porter, was incredibly helpful and kept me right despite a lot of the question I asked. He was a big help especially for allowing me to borrow a phone charger when I desperately needed one. The rest of the staff I spoke to were all great and helpful.
