Friendly, clean, local to shops, city etc. We satiated three days and every day there were clean towels, room tidied, fresh milk. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. ASURE Cooks Gardens Motor Lodge features a garden setting, 600 metres from the CBD and Wanganui Opera House. It offers free on-site parking and unlimited free WiFi access. it was spacious, comfortable, huge living space. clean ,welcoming and a home away from home. owners very friendly and helpful.

The Grand Hotel is located in the centre of Wanganui, opposite Cooks Gardens Sporting Complex. It offers free parking. All of the comfortable rooms include modern facilities. The room was awesome. Much better than the last time, lots of natural light aswell so it made the room super warm. Room was lovely I even had a bath. Which was great
