We got 2 double beds which was nice but didn't need and the bathroom was fine. The villa is situated where the Nam Khan and Mekong rivers meet so it's about a 20+ minute walk to the 'main' part of town where the night market is. This just meant that the area is very quiet and not a lot of people. The Manager was incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast had decent options from eggs and toast to banana pancake and came with tea and coffee and ample fruit. Would recommend booking here and would also recommend Viewpoint Cafe for a great view of where the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers meet.
