Ringo is a very kind host, super helpful with planning tours/ exchanging experience and he also speaks very good English. The food is very delicious - every day was something different. When we went diving our homestay packed us lunches. We were always very excited to eat. The bungalows were clean, cosy and all you are looking for in a relaxing retreat on a remote island. At the accommodation all rooms come with bed linen and towels. Last minute decision to go for 4 days from Jakarta. All the 4/5 star dive resorts were full. But I think this turned out to be much better value. Very peaceful over water bungalow (upgraded to one with balcony). Arranged great diving and blue river trip with Olin Dive centre (Milo was a great instructor). And amazing early morning trip to see birds of paradise. Patricia did a great job organising everything though there was some confusion about prices due to being sent an out of date and incomplete price list. Suggest to double check. Well cooked Indonesian food; nicely varied for a 4 day stay. If it was a week I might want something different and a beach. Great snorkelling underneath the room!

The island is absolutely stunning, with a crystal clear lagoon and sandy white beaches. Good diving spots around the island (there is a plane wreck just outside the reef) and opportunity for other daily trips. Food is delicious and menu varies every day. All the staff is super kind and helpful. The SPA is overwater so you look at the water when you are getting a massage... sooo relaxing!

The island is full of untouched life. We were at Agusta for 5 nights for our honeymoon. All the cabins are beachfront, the staff is super friendly and always greet you with a smile. Marco and Mara, the owners, are very dedicated to their island. Mara personally checks every excusion/dive plan the night before with the guides. The food is amazing, breakfast is buffet style. Lunch is usually an italian dish. For dinner you get to choose usually between a seafood dish or a variation of chicken. The only feedback we have is for the salad. Lunch and dinner would always start with a small salad, always green and purple cabbage. It would be awesome to switch it up for a caprese salad or spinach. The guides are very knowledgeable and care about your safety. Our dive guide Olen was amazing, would definitly recommend him. We will be going back!
