It was very clean (rooms are cleaned two times a day) and comfortable. Close to open air Aston cinema, away from all the noise of the town. Breakfast is good and it saves you from having to find a place to eat in the morning. The pool is well maintained.

The team was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. AZIZ and Nanas were absolute stars, caring and attentive for anything I needed during my stay. The entire team organised surprise for my birthday, I felt absolutely amazing. One of the best things about this place is its tranquility and peace. It's the ideal location for a mental and physical reset. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I had the opportunity to experience one of the spa treatments, and it was absolutely amazing. However, it was so popular that I couldn't secure another appointment during my stay. Perhaps the hotel could consider hiring more spa staff or even offering room service massages to accommodate more guests. Don't miss the sunset at the main pool – it's truly a breathtaking sight. The live band added a fantastic ambiance to the evening, making it even more memorable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a remarkable experience, and I can't wait to return.

And let's not forget the food! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, a perfect way to start the day. I especially recommend the Ikan-Ikan spring rolls – they were a true taste sensation. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you're looking for an eco-friendly stay with stunning views and delicious food, look no further!

The property have stove and big fridge which we are grateful for, and comfy sofa, spacious space, lastly the Tropik team was super helpful during our stay.
