The whole hotel area is very cosy and quiet with a nice big pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with everything. The appartment was very luxurious and huge! We had a functioning kitchen, 2 bathrooms for 2 people, a living room, terrace and a large balconey to be on our own. The bed was very comfortable and the appartment was super clean. We highly recommend it!!

Super pet friendly. Pet towels and water and hygiene bags available for my fur babies. Rooms extremely clean and private. Staffs are very friendly, and room gets cleaned fast while we take dogs out for a walk. Have a big piece of lawn for your dogs to play with, and the sois in the compound is fun for a dog walk. Pets are also welcomed on the beach. A perfect stay for us dog owners. Very much appreciated the stay, we been traveling quite a lot with our two English bulldogs in Thailand and so far this is my top 1 favorite pet friendly hotel.

the Location was just perfect for me! On the "quiet side" of Samui but nevertheless with all comodities around the hotel ! Breakfast very good although stated "just" continental included but it was more than that ... with additional local dishes , just eggs extra ... but that was no problem for me!

When I didn't think it could get any better, I moved this time to the secret chapter rooms, and I was very impressed. The food was awesome, the rooms were spacious and great it was like my own little mansion. I would say here each time I come to the island. I love it here! everything is A+++++

From the moment you arrive till the day you check out, the staff always look after us, which is really nice from them, and always they have smile on their faces friendly staff to be honest. They also happy to help us out every time we need something. The staff really made this trip more enjoyable. The Resort overall very well designed. the room features comfy bed, rainforest shower, modern design and bright. The swimming pool really nice, it has 2 kind one for adults only which i like. the other one for kids and their parents. we really enjoy swimming there. and not to forget the guy in the Adult swimming pool he is nice and respectful. I have took trip using the resort SUV which is modern and cool from inside we really enjoyed our trip and the driver name (Rod) i hope it’s correct is nice and respectful. lastly the Wonder Women of this resort ( Ellie ) is really lovely charming and good heart manager she helped us from our check in till our check out. I’m really appreciate everything she done with us thank you so much everyone at Centara hotel.

Very nice and very large rooms, Enormous big bed (2 king size large), large private pool, very quiet, and extremely private. Once you stay there you understand why they call it "Secret" pool villas. Very nice concept.

There are surely more luxury resorts along Chaweng but I would come back 100% to Al's resort when I'll get back to Samui.

We stayed in Escape Beach Resort for 5 nights after our stay here and it was much more remote and secluded. Casa is definitely better for younger couples who want to go out exploring.
